I have been really slacking off on posting to my blog which is a shame because I really do enjoy doing it.  I got a new computer for Christmas, a MacBook.  It is great, however it is my first Mac and I am so used to PC. So I am very disappointed that I do not have a cool  blog writing program for Mac like Windows Live.  Anyways this is not really even an excuse as I still have my PC (I am writing this out on it right now) it is just kept up in my sewing area now and I have been so busy, heck I haven’t even done much sewing lately.

I did manage to get a few things done.  My first “order”.  Someone asked me to make up a couple gifts for 2 friends of theirs. It was simply a car seat cover and some lovely and practical bandana bibs.  I am happy with how they turned out and so was she , several pictures…

Well a quick update here as I have to cut up some fabric for a quilting class I am starting tomorrow. It is an easy quilt but it is only my second.  I am really looking forward to it.  I will be making the quilt for my son and will post as soon as I am done.  I also have to get going on my quilting bee blocks, a few more sheets for my kids beds and a growth chart that I am really wanting to make.  Add on to that daily trips to the gym, a baby and a toddler and family time….see…..super busy
